We are fortunate to live in The Barossa…there are several posts on my page with photographs from our home. I am not loving it too muc presently as it is HOT!

How hot? I’m in Las Vegas NV and, though it’s a desert, the weather has been beautiful.

Today, not too bad, but our summers see us reaching temps of over 110’F zero humidity……….seatbelt buckles=branding irons! How about you?

Our summers are about the same, give or take a few degrees. we have leather seats in our car and you can not wear shorts!

Yes, same………it is ridiculous and something I am not good at, I prefer the cold……does it get cold where you are?

Well, two years ago we had a white Christmas. But it was only a slight dusting. We are surrounded by mountains and at least one peak, Mt. Charleston, is high enough to get snow during the winter. There’s also a ski resort up there but I don’t know how good or bad it is as I don’t ski. Down in the valley here, it can get below freezing in the middle of the night in Winter.
